Interesting... sounds like it isn't a show stopping error (since it has a workaround) so I'll add it to my log to look into sometime before the 0.3 beta is release.  Thanks for the report.

I have not tried to reproduce the problem.  It happened once, but I have been careful to close aurora bore trying to do anything else with my converted sequences.  I don't like having to redo work.  When I get back from the office I will try to reproduce the problem.

Is this just a bug report?  You can open Aurora and create a new sequence, right?

I couldn't reproduce this error.

Had a sequence opened.  Made minor change and did not save.  clicked file-new and it asked me to save.  I clicked yes... it finished saving, began creating the new file and this error popped up in a window.  Runnig XP fully patched.

 

  Aurora encountere and unexpected error and will now reset.
