Borealis Error

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version

   Is anyone getting the following error when opening Borealis:

"Runtime Error 5: Invalid procedure call or argument"

I have tried reinstalling, but I get the same error.  Thanks.

	Need more info: What OS are you running? When you installed, did you allow the installer to replace ALL of the files? You know - where it asks if you want to replace with an older file.

	Did you reboot after installing? Does the error happen before or after the calendar has displayed?

	I am running XP. I have rebooted several times. The error shows up just after the calendar shows up. I tried it on another computer, and received the same error. Thanks.

	For an update on the issue. I have tried three different computers, but I continue to get the same error. I must be doing something wrong and I have followed the walkthrough for scheduler several times, but still the same error....

	Is anyone else experiencing this? I haven't been able to replicate this yet... I'm going to put together a special debug build for this to get a more verbose message. Expect to hear more tonight.

	As a further update, I installed Aurora on my office computer, and it does not have the same error. The only difference that I can think of is that I have d-light on my home computers, but not on my office computer. I do not know if this could cause a conflict because I do not run the d-light program and aurora at the same time. Thank you.

	The D-Light software should not make any difference.
