Dedicated channel controlled by Scheduler

   I, like many others, have a dedicated controller channel to my "tune to" sign. I think it would be simple to add a feature in the scheduler to turn that channel on at the beginning of the show and off at the end. The user interface could be a checkbox and N/D/C setting. 

To take this a step further, the scheduler may could be coded to disregard any commands inadvertently sent to that channel. 

This setup could also be used for FM transmitters and static display elements.
