Import Timing marks

   We can import channels, but what about importing timing marks?
If I want to use last years song, currently I have two options.
1. Edit last years file and import all the new channels, then delete all the old ones, or
2. Start a new file from scratch and find all the markers again.

Anyone else think timing importing is a good idea?

	Timing marks are 80% of the work for me. It makes sense to be able to import them.
