   When reporting an error, we need to know the following.

Operating system used (Vista or XP)
Version of Aurora being used 
The ERROR CODE being generated

Also, lets try to keep the posts "clean" and not deviate from the original post. It gets hard to follow what the initial post is when it grows to six pages about something unrelated.

If you are having what appears to be the same issue on installing as another person, please create a new post/topic. This will assure that YOUR issue gets resolved and you don't "fall through the cracks".   While this will make for long topic list, these can be deleted or locked by the moderator as they get resolved.
