Bug Found- no Twinkle on device 4 Ch. 16

I posted below about not being able to get one particular channel to twinkle.  Figured out the issue.    Device ID 4   Channel 16    Does not twinkle

Recreate procedure:
--New sequence--
--insert audio and picture
--Do not insert channel lineup
--Add new channel
--name  4-16
--D-light acx16 controller
--network segment 1
--Device id    4
--Channel number  16
--color---you choose...click SAVE
--click draw----draw lights on picture for channel 4-16---click done
--insert 2 event markers 5 seconds apart
--insert TWINKLE in between event mark
--Click visualizer and hit play.......the lights you drew do not show up.
--Close .....erase TWINKLE and draw SHIMMER in between event markers
--Click PLAY....the lights you drew are now shimmering.....full on, ramps, all work also.

Edit: (5 minutes after I posted this I left and figured something out while I was working on a job. I erased the below sections becasue it just said if you change the channel Id or channel, the objects your drew on that channel do not follow the channel name, they follow the device/channel number so you'll have to redraw those objects again)     




Let me know if someone  else can get this recreated from the steps above.
