Is there any way Aurora could be made to utilize multiple core CPU's better? While editing on my Q6600 Intel quad core, my CPU utilization never goes over 25%. It's kinda sad to see 3 lonely cores sitting there missing out on the action! It sure would help on those 5 min pastes ;)

That is another issue entirely... Aurora is re-bookmarking between each step of the paste operation when in reality it should be performing the whole set without bookmarks and then doing a global reindex.  The problem is identified, but given the risk of breaking something else so close to ths season, to mitigate this risk we are waiting until January to fix this (it works, but it is slow).
 
Re CPU:
There are plans to add additional multithreading to Aurora to take advantage of multiple cores.  This will most likely happen mid-2009.
